breakfast breakfast: whole grain oatmeal with cinnamon and 1 1/2 tsp sugar. no butter or milk

fed animals/ walked dog

workout: 5 reps each

abs: crunches 20 reps each
Weights
squats
lunge
chest press
shoulder press
butterfly
dumbell fly
biceps curl
tricepts extension

15 minute zone work (master bedroom)
Today I bleach off the closet doors.

Write till noon
Lunch baked roma tomatoe with spinach and 3 cubes of chicken
Class with Lama Jigme

3pm practice Yoga outdoors
Short nap

Evening routine
Dinner: I'll know when JW wakes up
beadwork
watch tv/hang out
wash dishes, sweep floors
yoga bonus workout
bedtime yoga
lights out
