Pat's 'cereal.'

red seedless grapes
black concord grapes
another fruit of your choice
I prefer strawberry or kiwi
sliced almonds.
You can also add other nuts and fruits too. It's nourishing and filling, and best of all needs NO sugar or milk!

lettuce wraps
gently remove the outside leaves of lettuce, wash in colendar.
roma tomatoes, sliced thin, lengthwise. I remove the pulp.
black olives, sliced
walnuts
sliced thin apple
tuna or chicken

mix the ingredients, then place on a lettuce leaf, roll up, and enjoy.
Lately I haven't had all these ingredients so I've improvised. Today I mixed in last night's leftover broccoli and cauliflower along with lean well cooked hamburger.
Very filling.
