I love these girls. Even though they kick my ass on a daily basis, no matter how my fat lazy self whines, begs, pleads, I work out with them right after 7 am meditation.
Which is prime because they come on right at7:30.
And I am noticing results, which is always good.
Until the yoga DVD Lama asked me to get comes in, I'll still be hanging out with these fine ladies. I also discovered, that if Im feeling wheezy, practicing very gentle poses helps with lung function.
