Pats breakfast cereal

This is more of a primal breakfast as opposed to a paleo one, but nutritious and excellent regardless, and it's very simple to make.

1/8 cup almonds
1/8 cup of favorite nuts, I use walnuts
raisins or dates
chopped apple
blueberries
shredded unsweetened coconut
chilled coconut milk.

chop up everything, put it in a bowl, pour coconut milk and voila. Breakfast.

  2. You can add almond milk if you like. I do not however recommend cows milk.
