1 pkg deboned salmon.
1 head of romane or iceburg lettuce.
1/2 red cabbage
1/2 cup bell peppers
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
2 boiled eggs
2 roma tomatoes
fresh or dried dill
lemon slices, optional.
slice, dice, combine, pour your favorite paleo dressing over it and enjoy. Personally, I think it doesn't need anything more than a bit of olive oil, but whatever rocks your socks.
