I rarely get embroiled in political nonsense but after seeing this post from the Digital Tibetan Altar this morning I have to admit this set my proverbial hair ablaze.

and see for yourself what our government did to HH the Dalai Lama during his visit to the White House. I guarantee, the Pope wouldn't have had to be escorted out the BACK DOOR down a GARBAGE STREWN path on his way out.

What a horrendous ill-mannered way to treat a foreign dignitary! Whether you agree with what the Dalai Lama represents is not relevant. NO ONE should be treated in such a disgraceful disrespectful manner!

I'm going to meditate. Cry. Meditate a little more. Then send a letter to someone expressing my displeasure. It'd be nice if you did the same.
