Wednesday July 22

am peak flow: 350. Still a little low, but much better.
My goal is 400. 500 is even better.
Here's todays meal plan
Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
a dozen or so almonds
2 stalks celery.
1 cup of hot green tea

Lunch
veggie fritata

Dinner
pork and veggies.
What JW does with these
is up to him. Lately its been
stir fry and Im good with that.
And no rice, of course.
Time for 7 am practice.
Ya'll have a good 'un.
